Submission requirements

1.Submission Deadline:Full Paper Submission (Round 1) :November 30, 2022

2.All Full Paper MUST be written in English and submitted via Email: ICOBME@163.com

3.Note: Please provide reliable contact information in the email text, including address, telephone, email etc.

The Full Paper should be composed of Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

Penalty against Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from published Conference proceedings.
2. Impose a three years ban for the author to submit any article to future Conferences.
3. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
4. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

5. Publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.


Manuscript preparation

All text files should be prepared with Microsoft Word, 12 pt Times New Roman font, page margin 1" from each side, and no embedded figures.

1. Title

The full title of the paper without abbreviations.

Full names (first and last name) of all authors.

Indication of the corresponding authors.

Affiliations and addresses of each author.

Contact information of corresponding author.

2. Financial support
Authors should indicate the financial support received for research.

3. Keywords
Authors must provide at least 3 keywords.

4. Abbreviations
Authors should indicate all the abbreviations appeared inside the manuscript.

5. Abstract
An abstract not exceeding 300 words is required.

6. Main body of the manuscript

Introduction
Materials and methods
Results
Discussion (may be combined with "Results" section)

7. Acknowledgments

8. References
All references must be numbered consecutively in square brackets, in the order in which they are cited in the text, followed by any in tables or legends. Only articles and abstracts that have been published or are in press, or are available through public e-print/preprint servers, may be cited.

9. Tables, figures, and images
Each table should be numbered in sequence using Arabic numerals (i.e. Table 1, 2, 3, etc.). Tables should also have a title that summarizes the whole table.

The figure file will be accepted in JEPG, TIF, or GIF formats. The authors may also paste the figures into Microsoft Word document and send them as Word file. The average figure should be approximately 100-300K bytes and no more than 3M bytes. If the figures are scanned by author, please make sure that the resolution is set no more than 300 dpi.


Reviewing process

The author submits a manuscript via e-mail.

A receipt e-mail is sent to the contacting author.

The manuscript is examined by the editor for conformity to the instructions.

The editor sends the manuscript to reviewers.

Peer-reviewing for following criteria:

     a. originality of the work
     b. relevance to biotechnology
     c. background, hypothesis, objectives
     d. methodology appropriate described
     e. results concise and sufficient
     f. discussion with correct interpretation
     g. correct language, proper cited references, high quality figures.

Reviewers submit reports to the editor.

The editor makes the final decision and contacts the author.
